Your Partners in Building Confidence and Finding Clarity

Hey there! I'm Janee Young, a quirky and compassionate therapist, and I'm all about helping you rock your confidence and find that inner clarity you've been seeking. My journey started by supporting at-risk girls as a camp coordinator – seeing their need for someone who listens, uplifts, and helps them move beyond trauma led me to pursue a Master's degree in Counseling. After which I ventured into various child and family mental health agencies, each with rigid and conventional therapy frameworks. Recognizing the yearning for a more personalized approach, I eventually found my calling in the private practice sector.

With me, therapy is a journey to inner peace and a resilient self. I'm all about positive vibes, and I truly believe that building a strong, respectful relationship with you is the key. Together, we'll knock down mental barriers, embrace mindfulness, and find the happiness and peace you deserve.

Bryan Sanchez, LMFT

Hello my name is Bryan Sanchez and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #146686 based in Northern California and I work with clients throughout California by Telehealth. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My focus areas of practice is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy for treating Trauma, Anxiety, and BiPolar and Depression.

My approach is being a dynamic therapist utilizing various interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solutions Focused, and Psychodynamic Therapy to meet where you’re at and towards your specific needs.

The clients I typically work with in the past have conditions of Trauma, Anxiety, and BiPolar and Depression and some experience working with Psychotic disorders.

My communication style is kind, calm, and understanding. I am excited on taking this journey of growth and health with you, as there are ebbs and flows in life and there may be times that we all may need extra support to help navigate through those more challenging times. I will take the time to get to know and understand you as an individual to best accommodate my treatment around you. During our sessions, I give you my undivided attention to feel valued and heard.

My approach for goal setting is to work collaboratively with my clients to identify symptoms and areas for improved functioning. Once identified, we will collaboratively create Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals that work best for you and your specific uniqueness to achieve reduced symptom severity, symptom reduction, and improved functioning.

Our first session will be getting to know one another, as I understand it may be intimidating to disclose sensitive information to a person you never met before. Next, we will discuss your disorder, symptoms, and areas of impeded functioning to explore potential goals. Finally, we will discuss treatment modalities that may work best for you to see if I am a good fit to be your therapist.

My appeal to being a therapist is to help people. I truly believe there is enough pain and distress in the world, so I wanted to be a person to counteract that pain and distress. I have enjoyed getting to know all my clients as the people they are and do my best to support each and every one of them.
